The Laboratory of Marine Research (LABIMAR) will start for the second consecutive year an intensive program of guided tours and workshops that aims to disseminate science and research carried out at the University of Cádiz between students in kindergarten, primary and secondary (ESO and Baccalaureate) throughout the Cadiz province.

The activity aims to bring schoolchildren to the laboratory located in the emblematic Castillo de San Sebastián in the city of Cadiz. There workshops related to marine biodiversity to show the importance of conservation of the marine environment will be developed and will be announced the essential processes in the functioning of this ecosystem.
